In this regard the guardian will have to sign an undertaking at the time of admission\/renewal as per the recent verdict of the Honourable Supreme Court of India. Any boarder found guilty of violating any of the college\u00a0rules will be\u00a0expulsion from the college.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">As per the UGC Guideline [No. F-1-16\/2007 (CPP-II), April, 2009], all forms of ragging in hostels and the College Campus are prohibited. Ragging is considered as a cognizable offence under the law of the land and ragging in all its forms is totally banned in the entire institution, including its departments, constituent units, all its premises (academic, residential, sports, canteen etc.) whether located within the campus or outside and in all means of transportation of students whether public or private.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #e7810c;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Punishable ingredients of <\/span>Ragging are\u2014<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>Abetment of ragging.<\/li><li>Criminal conspiracy to rag.<\/li><li>Unlawful assembly and rioting while ragging.<\/li><li>Public nuisance created during ragging.<\/li><li>Violation of decency and morals through ragging.<\/li><li>Injury to body, causing hurt or grievous hurt.<\/li><li>Wrongful restraint.<\/li><li>Assault as well as sexual offences or unnatural offences.<\/li><li>Use of criminal force.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #e7810c;\"><strong>Following strong disciplinary action may be taken if anyone is found to be involved directly or indirectly in ragging:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>Suspension from attending classes and academic privileges.<\/li><li>Withholding\/withdrawing scholarship\/fellowship and other benefits.<\/li><li>Debarring from appearing in any test\/examination or other evaluation process.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Cancellation of Admission.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>Rustication from the institution for period ranging from 1 to 2 years.<\/li><li>Expulsion from the institution and consequent debarring from admission to any other institution for a specified period.<\/li><li>Collective punishment: when the persons committing or abetting the crime of ragging are not identified, the authority will resort to collective punishment.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-452484bb elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"452484bb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Members<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6bce5258 elementor-widget elementor-widget-shortcode\" data-id=\"6bce5258\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"shortcode.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-shortcode\">\n<table id=\"tablepress-5\" class=\"tablepress tablepress-id-5\">\n<thead>\n<tr class=\"row-1 odd\">\n\t<th class=\"column-1\">Sl.
